Founder of I AM Leadership Academy and creator of The I AM Way Leadership Model (Impact, Action, Mastery), Rev. Dr. Valerie Brown-Baul is also the founder of Spiritual Path Alliance — an alliance of Spirit-Led leaders in the Marketplace who dare to walk in LOVE.
Dr. Brown-Baul is a leadership coach, spiritual guide, and facilitator committed to helping individuals heal, realign, and walk boldly in purpose. She brings decades of experience in leadership development, spiritual formation, and transformational healing and coaching.
